Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration and Coverage: All our Kilim rugs come with a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and/or material defects, provided that the rug has been used appropriately and according to its purpose.

Warranty Conditions: For the warranty to be applicable, the product must have been subject to proper use, respecting the care and maintenance instructions provided. Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or negligence are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure: In case a manufacturing defect is detected during the warranty period, please contact our customer service providing a detailed description of the problem and photographic evidence. Brands Collage SL will evaluate the claim and, if the defect is confirmed, will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as deemed most appropriate.

Return Policy

Return Cost: Returns have a cost of 8.45 euros, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This cost covers the processing and transportation of the returned merchandise.

Conditions for Return Acceptance: We accept returns within 30 days after receiving the merchandise, provided that the product has not been used and is in perfect condition, including the original packaging and any related accessories. The return must be previously authorized by our customer service, who will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through the channels provided on our website. After approval, you will be instructed on how to proceed with the shipment of the merchandise. Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount, deducting the return costs, through the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Exclusions: Returns of customized or made-to-measure products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
