What is the total delivery time?

Due to high demand and sales success, our current delivery time is 6 to 8 from order confirmation to delivery at your home. We work with reliable timeframes and will notify you at each milestone. Do you need a specific date? Tell us your situation and we will adjust as much as possible.

When does the period begin to run?

From the order confirmation (closed design and confirmed payment). On that day, we will send you the first notice with the estimated delivery date. Questions about measurements or colors before confirming? Talk to Cris and we'll clear up any doubts quickly

Does the 6–8 week lead time apply to all zones?

Yes, for most addresses. In islands or remote areas, an extra day may be added due to logistics. If this is your case, we will give you a personalized estimate before confirming.

Will I receive updates and tracking?

Of course. We will notify you at three milestones: order confirmed, in transit, and out for delivery, with a tracking number when it leaves for your address. Do you want us to notify you via WhatsApp? Indicate this upon confirmation.

What if there's a delay?

We'll inform you immediately (weather, holidays, etc.) and provide you with a new delivery window. If the date doesn't work for you, we'll look for alternatives. Your project is prioritized.
